Anyone know fuller brush's return policy? this dryer vent brush is mostly great, but shipping cost $7.99 for just it.

Fast delivery, good product

Got the Witch Hazel Classic. It arrived quickly. Product is exactly as expected. Happy with the purchase. Will order again when I need more.

Detailed experience with a few items

I decided to try Fuller for some household essentials. I ordered the Radiator Brush, the Scent Free Witch Hazel, and the Stainless Steel Cleaner. The ordering process was simple enough on their site. Shipping took exactly 6 business days from when I placed the order until it arrived. The Radiator Brush reached into some tight spots I couldn't get to before, which was impressive. The Witch Hazel is gentle and truly scent-free, good for sensitive skin. The Stainless Steel Cleaner worked well on my appliances, left them streak-free. I did have a question about one of the products and used their customer service chat; they responded within minutes and were helpful. Overall, the product quality seems high and the support was responsive. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Got my stuff, no drama

Needed some new Hand Soap and a Microfiber Mop, so I checked out Fuller. Everything came without a hitch. The soap smells nice and the mop is doing its job. It was pretty straightforward, no weird issues or anything. Just ordered, waited a few days, and it showed up. Good stuff.

Good value on cleaning supplies

I was looking for some new cleaning products and found Fuller. I picked up the Fullersol and the Electrostatic Carpet Sweeper. I got a good deal on them during a sale, which made the purchase worth it. The products work well for the price I paid. Shipping was a bit slow, took almost a week, but overall felt like a solid purchase.

Decent products, room for improvement

I bought the Heavy Duty Broom and the Tile and Grout Brush. The broom is very sturdy and seems like it will last. The grout brush worked well on my bathroom tiles. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was fine. My only minor gripe is the website could be a bit smoother to navigate, sometimes finding specific items takes an extra click or two. Otherwise, a good experience.

Reliable cleaning tools

I ordered the Slenderline Broom again and a new Ostrich Feather Duster. As always, the quality was consistent with my previous orders. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me, which is standard. Fuller is still my go-to for durable cleaning supplies. Never had an issue with their products holding up.
